Medical Device Assembly Manufacturing – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM - $18.75/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM - $19.25/hr
• 40 hours/week with potential for weekly overtime

Job Description:
We are hiring Operator I team members for medical device manufacturing. In this role, you will assemble, test, and inspect high-quality devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, leads, and related assemblies.

• Assemble, repair, and test medical device components
• Follow standardized procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow dress code and gowning requirements in cleanroom areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months + experience in assembly, manufacturing, etc
• Ability to use a microscope and handle small components with dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Commitment to long-term career growth in manufacturing
• Criminal background check, drug screen, and education verification upon hire.

Dress Code / Cleanroom Requirements:

• Non-shedding, clean clothing; no loose fibers or frayed edges
• Closed-toe shoes, full coverage pants/leggings under skirts if applicable
• No makeup, perfume, cologne, or scented products in production areas
• Jewelry or nail coatings that interfere with gloves are not allowed
