Assembler – Early Morning Shift ($17/hr)
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay!)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Status: Full-Time | No Weekends!
Position Overview
Are you looking for a stable, first-shift career in a high-tech manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in Irving. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and calibrating high-quality mechanical and electrical components. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who wants to work in a regulated, quality-driven facility with a great Monday-through-Friday schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Precision Assembly: Build instruments and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
- Testing & Calibration: Perform critical verification and testing to ensure every product is accurate and reliable.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect finished units to ensure they meet strict FDA and ISO quality standards.
- Documentation: Accurately track material usage, traceability, and production work in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve assembly issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to maintain production flow.
- Compliance: Follow all SOPs and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to ensure safety and excellence.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready workstation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled with screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, and measuring devices.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more as needed throughout the shift.
- Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, ISO, or GMP) is a huge plus.
- Core Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and high attention to detail.
- Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and a "quality-first" mindset.
