Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during the assembly process.
- Utilize forklift equipment as necessary for moving materials within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate assembly line equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in assembly tasks.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in material handling or logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
High School Diploma or GED required
