Anyone submitted for Plymouth knows they have to work a M-F 8 am-4:30 pm for the first week, regardless of their shift schedule
5 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday
Shifts have the potential to work overtime on Fridays as needed

Assembly Operator
- Assemble medical devices and related components in accordance with documented procedures.
- Work in a controlled, cleanroom environment as required.
- Use microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering equipment, adhesives, and other assembly tools.
- Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
- Conduct testing on units using computerized test equipment.
- Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.
- Package devices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Clean tools and equipment per established procedures.
- Dispose of hazardous waste materials in designated areas.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, making critical decisions with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (required).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English (required for audit purposes).
