Machine Operator I - 2nd Shift

Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Pay: $21.45/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

We are seeking a Machine Operator I to join a growing manufacturing team in San Diego!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, assembly, or laboratory experience who enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials and parts.
• Perform manual manufacturing and production tasks.
• Assist with operating automated filling equipment.
• Use basic laboratory equipment such as scales, balances, pipettes, and luminometers.
• Follow written work instructions, manufacturing records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate production and training documentation.
• Assist with material handling, stocking supplies, and general housekeeping.
• Work safely while maintaining quality and production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen upon hire
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, laboratory, or medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work the required 2nd shift schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Pallet jack experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
