Quality Inspector / Incoming Inspection Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on materials, components, and finished products
- Operate precision measurement and testing equipment, including CMM and optical systems
- Record inspection and testing results accurately following SOPs and quality procedures
- Support Supplier Quality Engineering with technical inspection activities
- Develop and improve inspection methods and procedures
- Participate in validation, qualification, and GR&R studies
- Conduct First Article Inspections and analyze inspection data
- Document non-conforming materials and support corrective actions
- Assist with trending, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product quality
- Train team members on inspection equipment and processes when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Quality Inspection, Incoming Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and procedures
- Experience using measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Knowledge of CMM programming and optical systems is preferred
- SAP experience related to incoming material QC requirements preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
